Cancellation policy
1. Pre-Order Definition & Timeline
Pre-order items are sold in advance of stock arrival. Estimated shipping dates are displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, all dates are estimates and may change due to production or supply-chain factors.
2. Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the item ships for a full refund.

3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of the cancellation request being confirmed.
4. Changes & Delays
If the estimated shipping date is delayed by more than 30 days, we will notify you by email. At that time, you may choose to:
- Confirm the revised shipping date, or
- Cancel the order for a full refund
5. After Shipment
Once a pre-order item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, the item may be eligible for return in accordance with our Returns Policy within 30 days of delivery.
